We’re a wisdom school for leaders who want to be the best version of themselves—at work and at home. Unlike programs that focus solely on skills or strategy, we develop the whole leader. Our integrative, research-based approach draws from psychology, neuroscience, theology, philosophy, modern leadership theory, and ancient wisdom to help leaders live meaningful, impactful, and influential lives. While we create thoughtful peer-to-peer learning environments, every engagement is guided by experienced leadership advisors and a carefully designed process, curriculum, and set of practices.

Individual leadership development for men and women:
For men we have four communities—early-stage, mid-level, executive, and senior leaders—designed for men to grow alongside peers facing similar challenges.
For women we offer a personalized experience that equips women leaders to build confidence, expand their impact, and grow professionally and personally.
Consulting: We help mission-driven teams move from grind to sustainable growth by embedding leadership into how they make decisions, develop people, and scale culture. When the work is personal, not just professional, we help teams grow with clarity, courage, and connection—turning leadership into a way of life, not just a bunch of meetings.

We believe safe, supportive spaces are where vulnerability and honest growth happen. Gender-specific programs allow participants to explore the professional and personal challenges and leadership questions in a facilitated high-trust environment with peers who share similar experiences and pressures.

Commitment varies by program. Men meet 10 times a year for half-day cohort sessions, with access to supplemental 1:1 coaching. Women meet monthly with an advisor for 1:1 coaching, supported by seasonal retreats and topical brunch-and-learns. Consulting is always tailored to your team’s unique needs. We believe leadership is never finished—it’s a practice. That’s why we design experiences for development that are inspirational, practical, and actionable—cultivating real growth over time.

Through our Organizational Health Process and Leadership Academies, we work with leadership teams and HR leaders to align people, purpose, and strategy. We provide a comprehensive, integrated suite of services that scale with an organization’s stage of growth and leadership complexity. Offerings may include strategic planning, succession planning, change management, issue solving, team facilitation, leadership academies, development programs, and strategic consulting. Programs take place in safe, intentional spaces. Our home base, Hardison House, provides a professional retreat-like environment for reflection, learning, and connection, designed to support intentional growth and thoughtful collaboration.

Not specifically. While our work draws on timeless wisdom from philosophy and theology, we are ecumenical and inclusive. Programs are designed to support leaders from different faith backgrounds and philosophical perspectives, allowing participants to explore meaning in ways that resonate with their own story.
