Grow into the leader
your responsibilities require.

Build the self-awareness, practical skills, and judgment to lead people well—
and gives organizations greater confidence in the leaders they are developing.

Being good at your work doesn’t automatically prepare you to lead people.

Most leaders are given increasing responsibility because they’ve proven themselves capable. But leading people requires a different set of capacities—knowing yourself, communicating clearly, navigating conflict, developing others, and creating the conditions for a team to do great work.

Too often, leaders are left to figure those things out on their own.

The Leadership Academy gives growing leaders the formation, practical tools, and intentional practice they need to become more grounded, capable, and effective in how they lead.

What You Can Expect:

10 Months

A sustained leadership development experience designed to create growth over time—not a one-and-done workshop.

One 3-Hour Session Each Month

Each month builds on the last, moving from understanding yourself as a leader to leading others and building healthier, higher-performing teams.

Practical and Experiential

Expect conversation, reflection, real-world practice, and tools you can immediately use with the people and teams you lead.

Lead Self → Lead Another → Lead a Team

The Academy follows a simple progression: become more grounded in how you lead yourself, more capable in how you lead another person, and more effective in how you lead a team.

Practice Between Sessions

Leadership is learned by doing. Between sessions, participants apply what they’re learning to real conversations, relationships, challenges, and teams at work.

Great leadership starts with leading your Self first.

The more responsibility you carry, the fewer places you have to put it down.

Leadership gets heavier as responsibility grows. The decisions matter more. The consequences reach further. And there are fewer people with whom you can be fully honest about the pressure, uncertainty, and questions you carry.

That pressure doesn’t stay contained. How you lead others flows from how you lead yourself. When you’re scattered, reactive, or disconnected internally, it eventually shows up in your decisions, your relationships, and your culture.

That’s why we develop leaders from the inside out—helping you grow in self-awareness, clarity, wisdom, and courage so you can lead with greater alignment and impact without losing what matters most.

You can’t fake heart—and you can’t outsource character.

What happens when we gather?

There are generally four movements to our half-day development workshops.

  1. Reintegration. Since leadership demands compartmentalization, we begin every workshop with a moment to reconnect with yourself.

  2. Teaching. Our curriculum sets the table for our members to engage in game-changing ideas and perspectives.

  3. Practice. We spend time in every workshop practicing what we are learning.

  4. Insight to Action. Taking time to reflect on what you have learned, turn that new awareness into the next right action.

Getting started is simple.

How do you measure the value of Leadership Development

(When it’s done well.)

Let’s start with the truth: when leadership development is done right, the ROI is real—financially, operationally, culturally, and personally. But it rarely shows up in Q1 spreadsheets or quick wins. It’s more like a good investment in soil: the fruit appears over time, and the roots run deep.

Leadership development doesn’t just improve leaders—
it improves every system they touch.
