Scott Hearon

Leadership Advisor, Sales, Partner

Scott Hearon serves as a Leadership Advisor, Sales Lead, and Partner at Council Leadership. He helps successful leaders and organizations get clear on who they are, who they want to be, and where they are going—while building the courage and resolve to live it out.

With 16 years of professional experience, including a decade in coaching and consulting and seven years with The Leadership Lab, Scott has worked across nonprofit leadership, athletics, small business, and organizational consulting. In 2015, he co-founded the Nashville Coaching Coalition, reflecting his deep commitment to equipping leaders with the space and tools to grow. He is certified in the Spiritual Root System™ and the Value Builder™ framework.

Scott thrives on working with people and organizations willing to struggle for meaningful growth and transformation. He is especially drawn to leaders who value purpose, influence, and people-centric, high-quality work. His approach is rooted in the belief that transformative change happens at the intersection of the tangible and intangible, the secular and sacred, the seen and unseen—where leadership shapes both home life and the P&L.

Outside of his professional work, Scott is a devoted husband to Allison and dad to their three children—Fisher, Hart, and Griffin. Their home also includes a black lab, Ranger, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Jimmy. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, coaching his kids and their friends, sweating through workouts, and traveling with Allison to new places.

A Nashville native, Scott continues to invest in his community while helping leaders expand their influence for good.
